| A rattle is an interesting heirloom! Is it really Aragorn's rattle that his uncle kept safe after he had to leave abruptly? However it is, I'm quite sure that Aragorn will give the rattle to HIS son when the time comes to continue the tradition :-) Author Reply: I suspect that this rattle went through the hands of many of the Heirs of Isildur when they were toddlers, including those of Aragorn. And I'm certain you are right it will continue to be enjoyed by Aragorn and Arwen's own children and grandchildren as well. | |
