| I wish Námo would opt for having the goggles, too. That would have been sooo very steampunk! I see Gwyn and Alex are bonding in a way none of the other Elves would be able to do, IMO. | I almost feel sorry for Rufus now that he has been "Namoed" as Derek put it. I do wonder who Louise was that meant so much to him. And I think Alex is doing better than most think, he realizes who he needs to be for this. Let's just hope and pray that he can come back to Alex without much trouble after this is over. I'll add my thanks for your effort to continue the story line through to the end. We'll gladly take any updates whenever you can get them to us. Getting that far into another person's head cannot be an easy task. | |

| I can imagine I speak for everyone when I say I don't know if there are enough words to express how much I appreciate your decision to try and complete this story. Because wow. And thank you. I was just going to beg you, in the event you elected not to, that perhaps you could just release Fiondil's notes to the public instead so that we might have some idea what was supposed to happen or how it was supposed to end. That said, really, thank you. I don't envy you the task. While it's almost like just how we try to get in Tolkien's mind when writing fanfiction, Fiondil's imagination is quite the undertaking. :) But I can't think of anyone who can write his characters as closely as he did than you two, especially Glorfindel. I'll admit, I can't wait for the story to focus on him again and was so saddened to find out it wouldn't be the case (when you announced we were coming to the end of the written chapters). Now I'm certainly smiling again. Thank you for doing this for us and for him. Really can't tell you how much it means. | |

| Uh oh, I have a bad feeling about this... I do hope nothing bad happens on the way, but this just can't not go wrong. I'm really worried for Alex, is going to be allright? I kind of want to know who Louise is now and I almost feel sorry for Rufus, he's going to have nightmares about that "chat" for the rest of his life. Great chapter, as always :) | |
