| I already posted a review on fanfiction.net but I guess I just had to write one here too. All of your fanfics kindled in me the Tolkien fire and I'm rereading all of his works I have and buying the ones I don't have. I really like all your characters, canons and originals. And the way you are building a world of your own but still remaining faithful to canon and to the original works of Tolkien is incredible. I really enjoy reading and rereading you again and again. | I really like this. I am thoroughly enjoying this story. I love Thorongil's character, and the way you show his strength, determination, compassion, and loyalty all at once. I especially love his friendship with Minardil. I love the loyalty and love that they have for each other. I love Minardil as a character as well. He's a great OC, and I love how well developed he his, not just a flat side character. You have a lot of great OC's in this story, and I like how they're written. Great job with this story, I really like it. I think it's got a ton of potential, you should finish it! :) | |

| I hope that we are going to see more of Minardil and Míriel in the future! Things seem to be getting better, as Jamon has finally had some instructions (and even better, from someone who knows how to teach well) and has found some confidence, Minardil may have started to leave the fate of his company on the battlefield to the past and found more pleasant things to think about, and Thorongil has an important mission in training green recruits up to his standard. It was a good idea to give Thorongil some doubts as to his usefulness in the city, as it is realistic that even he wouldn’t always be patient in doing his duty. It will be interesting to see how the people will react to the final duels! At least it will give everyone something new to talk about, as Minardil thought it would - and most likely annoy Denethor even more. | |
