My Collection of Drabbles   by Periantari 1 Review(s)
LindeleaReviewed Chapter: 128 on 3/12/2025
It has been a long time since he had felt the warmth of the sun. The Barrow had left him cold ... and he felt winter lifted (by the warmth of the home and Goldberry's song).

Oh! This is a perfect gapfiller! Wonderfully done. Using "winter" to epitomize the chill of evil and the barrow-wight worked very well. I love catching glimpses inside the hobbits' heads at various points in their journeys.

Author Reply: Thank you so much! I am so glad this drabble worked with you. We seldom hear from Pippin (or any hobbit) about how he felt after the occurrence with the Barrow-wight, so i'm glad to write this gap-filler about that.
