| Here it is, from Ch 4: Aragorn nodded and at once turned to find his way to the guest quarters, where they had stayed both in times of war and in times of peace. Aragorn did not meet his eyes as he went, and Legolas knew that if Aragorn had looked at him, he would have seen fully the responsibility Aragorn carried upon him. I think the last Aragorn should be Eomer. | |

| In addition to the witty bit about Gimli and Galadriel, I liked the scene between Leggy and the gossipy servant. One could almost believe that the messengers were not what they seemed . . . again. Nice, scary touch. ;) There is a paragraph I found confusing. In the last chapter, when the bad news is delivered at Edoras: after the lie is discredited, and Eomer is moving past denial. Aragorn's name appears frequently in the paragraph, when I think you meant to say "Aragorn is wondering what he (Eomer) is thinking." I hope that there is more. Nienna | |

| Please... I don't know why you haven't continued with your story...I'm hoping that you have suffered some sort of writers bloke and not something more sinister... I'm am now so totally heart broken, having read your story to this point, that my mind has started to make up its own following story and I'm not happy at how that makes my heart quail. | Hello. I just discovered this fic today, and I can't help but notice that you seem to have abandoned it. Please, please, don't do that! I have rarely come across a fanfic so well-written. Your characterizations are perfect. That is almost impossible to do with Tolkien's characters. And in any case, I really am dying to know what happens to Eowyn, and I can't wait until you get Gimli and the hobbits into the mix as well--I wonder how Merry will react to news of his sword-sister's capture? I'm sorry this review is so short, I'm afraid I'm just going out the door, but PLEASE do me a favour and continue writing this story. Please? I promise I'll leave you a long, super-detailed review if you do! Please? | |

| Sorry it took me so long to review! I'm still loving this story. Seeing Éomer fall apart like that was just heartwrenching. . . but I was glad for the few lighthearted moments that Legolas provided. "'And you know that Gimli did just wed Galadriel and I meant to bring them a gift for their betrothal,'" Gotta love the elf. ;-) Will we get to read a bit from Éowyn's point-of-view? I'm dying to know what's going on with her! You've gotten me addicted to this story - please update it as soon as possible! | |
