| Looks like both sides may have found themselves some alies. The entire population of Rivendell will be dragged into this "war." And I love the strawberry bath soap. When it comes to LOTR, that seems to be an inside joke going all over the internet! I can't wait for more! Author Reply: There will definitely be sides taken in this! It'll be fun. | Arwen's strawberry bubble bath!! Hee!! And her and Legolas getting into a fight over it was quite amusing. I actually like the way you're writing Legolas in here very much, and I'm not normally a fan. But I do hope to see more of their squabbling. So is she terribly mad at poor Aragorn over it? And Merry and Pippin having to eat in order to gather their wits was just too funny, but highly appropriate. It seems like more and more people are getting involved in this... I bet Elrond's going to be really glad to kick the Fellowship out of Rivendell. :D Author Reply: I think that Legolas has great potential for comedy. I don't really like him as aloof and princely, like you see in Mary Sues, so I tend to write him as being rather silly. What can I say, it's fun. :) The funny thing about this is that book-wise, Elrond has not chosen who will be in the Fellowship yet. I can just see the Fellowship acting up and Elrong choosing them just to get some peace and quiet back in Rivendell. Lol! | |

| Oh my, now Aragorn has not only Merry and Pippin against him, but also Elrond and Arwen! To use her beautiful strawberry bubbles... LOL! And of course, Merry had to react immediately. It was only a little prank, but it served well ;-) “Got you, did he? Oh, this is rich! If you need me, I’ll be in the Hall of Fire with Bilbo.” Yeah, Frodo is great!!! Author Reply: It looks like there is a definite possibility for the whole Rivendell to get involved. Uh-oh. Frodo is fun to write. I don't write him often, but when I do I have lots of fun. :) | |

| Bubbles ........ that was pretty good. And Arwen and Legolas bickering, even better. Poor Elrond, if they were mine, I send them to bed without supper, lol. Wonderful, I am looking forward to Merry and Pip's retailiation. Author Reply: There are few things more amusing than strawberry bubble bath in Rivendell. | Well. Aragorn is very brave. Not to mention foolhardy. He helped himself to Arwen's strawberry bubble bath? He will be lucky to survive the repercussions of that! He might get a banner whacked round the back of his head! And Arwen and Legolas are squabbling - how sweet! Please let us see more of that dispute. Somehow, I suspect more than untucking the sheets went on in Aragorn's room. As Aragorn will shortly discover. If they're not careful, Elrond will be sending all and sundry supperless to bed shortly. And wishing to take stronger, rather more unelven measures, I daresay! Author Reply: Aragorn will be very lucky if Arwen doesn't band with the hobbits on this one. He definitely took a risk with that bubble bath. The Arwen and Legolas dispute appeared out of left field and will likely escalate. I hope. He'll turn them into newts! Or Gandalf will. Poor Elrond. :) | |

| I'm a bit surprised Merry hadn't shortsheeted the bed. That would seem more effective than just untucking it. Author Reply: Well, he did technically shortsheet the bed, but that phrase didn't sound Middle Earth-ish enough. If I think of a better equivilant than 'untucked' I'll change it! | |

| This is great. Love the idea of Arwin and Legolas having petty squabbles. How could Pippin tell on Aragorn to Elrond, that should be against the unwritten rules. Looking forward to more. Author Reply: I'm toying with the idea of the elves' petty squabbles escalating. It could be funny. Pippin's cheating, and it may come back to bite him. ;) | |
