Adventures of an Éored: Sins of the Father  by Katzilla 2 Review(s)

I don't know how I missed this chapter - being as I love this tale so much.

I've been writing another tale for awhile in which Eomund plays a large part - I have come to love him. I loved the exchange between father and son.

And I like the idea of going to the hallowed ground for discernment. I think a good idea - though perhaps a bit of 'running away.'

I'm glad that you are back, I've missed your story, I was so worry for Eomer, you really left him alone for a long time....what a emotional encounter with his father, your Eomer has the ability to talk with to many ghost, I remember his "conversations" with his cousin in another of your stories, but it is a very good way to demonstrate his debates with his conscience. Yes Eomer, your Father is right, you will be a protector of the Mark, a great warrior, and you have not idea...

Hope that it is the scout and his friend the ones that found him, they need to put the past behind, well easier to say it, very hard to do it...

Thanks for updating and I hope that you will now do it more frequently, I've missed your Eomer.

Author Reply: Hi Fantasia,

sorry I was gone for so long. The break that always comes when I'm finished with a long story ("Banishment", in this case), was a few months late and allowed me to begin this story, but then virtually over night, it hit me nevertheless. And since work was quite overwhelming for the past months as well, I just didn't have it in me to sit down and write, and poor Éomer had to wait.

And nevertheless I was not concerned that I would not finish this story, as I know quite well where it is going. I just need a bit of inspiration and energy, and hope both have returned for good. :-

Yes, I confess that *my* Éomer has a very vivid imagination and a certain way of making decisions that's slightly out of the ordinary... :-)

Thank you so much for your encouraging words!
