Oh my!!! This was painful to read. The whole time I thought, why didn’t she just tell him the truth? But then so story. 😊 Author Reply: It's my belief that sticking to the truth is usually much the best thing to do - but in this case we would have missed all the fun ;-)

The general, I prefer this version of Aunt Ivriniel,. She’s often portrayed as dowagery and its most unbecoming. I like her best this way. Conspirator to her nieces and nephews. And I loved the line that The Prince of Dol Amroth suffered from the illusion that he ran his home and princedom. Funny. Author Reply: I have to admit I've depicted her as a bit of a martinet myself at times (and had my fun with her). Though I do like this Aunt Ivriniel too. Since we know nothing about her from Tolkien's writing, she's like a blank slate.

I’m hooked. You’re such a great writer , I love that the stories get started right away, no long drawn out exposition or fluff. Down to the action, well in this case the sultry passionate meeting. Author Reply: I too like jumping right into the story. Of course sometimes you need more explanations, but I believe that you can always add these later if the story is sufficiently gripping.

What a wonderful story. I definitely have to read more of your tails.

The bit with the snake was quite interesting. (I hate them.) I am curious about something. Why do people refer to reptiles and foul as animals when they are not? Author Reply: Hi Tari, I don't mind snakes myself actually (in our local zoo you're allowed to handle corn snakes and they're really quite interesting). I don't quite understand your question though. Reptiles are animals, aren't they? Or did I misunderstand you? Happy Reading! Lia

What a lovely ending. Eomer with twin daughters. That calls for at least another son as back-up heir *g*. The scene with Eomer waiting with his son was so sweet. I loved it. Good luck with your original story. Author Reply: Hello obsidianj, I'm sure Lothiriel will manage to talk Eomer into trying for that back-up heir ;-D And thanks for the good wishes! Lia

I'm kinda sad to see the end of this, its become one of my favorites, one I'll come back to again. Thank you for a delightful tale, of two strong, complex characters, very believeable, and likeable! I look forward to more tales from the "Beehive of Rohan"! Author Reply: Hello walker-skye, I always think it's a really nice compliment when a story is worth re-reading, thank you! And lol about the 'Beehive of Rohan'. Lia

Indeed well named. And they're planning to blame it on her potent mead, are they? Heh! Now I'll have to open my bottle in the fridge and have a few ounces in honor of Eomer's daughters! At least there really are two this time! Heh! A delightful tale, and good luck with the original story! Author Reply: Hello Larner, I hope you enjoyed your mead. Perhaps one day I'll write a sequel about how much trouble real twins can cause (as I'm sure they will). Thank you for your good wishes and until next time! Lia

Excellent! I am content. I was a wee bit afraid you were going to follow Tolkien's lead and do away with the delightful Gliwen. Bless you for a great time of reading. Author Reply: Hello Agape, don't worry, I'm actually quite soft-hearted and I don't hurt my characters beyond the odd snakebite, near-drowning and orc attack ;-)
