I know you probably won't see this, but just in case, I want you to know how much I enjoyed it. When I realized what you were doing, I laughed out loud, and I didn't stop giggling until the end. (Even though I agree with Merry's view.) I know you've moved on, but you should know your stories are still bringing joy to others. Namarie, and God bless you.
Author Reply: Ok, I wasn’t expecting to find a review here. Thank you so much! I know you left this a year ago so I’m sorry for the very slow response. Still, if you are out there checking your emails I hope you know that your review brightened my day.

O.M.G!!! I just happened to check your page and saw that you wrote another story!! I thought you stopped writing! I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am that you are still writing! I hope and pray that there is more to come. You are truly gifted and I could read your Hobbit stories forever! :)
Author Reply: Thank you so much! I appreciate your comments and I am so sorry for not responding sooner. I had an email problem and somehow failed to get any notifications. It wasn't anything on SOA's part, just my silly email but it gas been corrected now and so I wanted to tell you how happy your review made me. I don't write often anymore as the plot bunnies all seem to have hopped away to greener gardens, but it is very nice to be missed. Thank you taking the time to review and again, my apologies for this late response. People who review deserve better.

What a great little story! Loved Pippin's perspective of counting the drinks and Merry's upset over the book being changed. I am most definitely sided with Merry on this one; but great to get the other perspectives.
“If you ask me, they should never had been allowed in the same room,” Merry said showing his distaste. :D I just love your Merry!
Oblib's name through me for a bit before I realized that it was Bilbo backwards. Nice job with the names, gave me quite the laugh! And Sam was perfect, just perfect. =)
It's great to see you back. I have been a fan of your stories since I found them last year. You have a great ear for dialog and humor.
Author Reply: Thank you so much for this lovely review. Usually I respond much quicker to the nice people who take time to comment but I had email issues and did not get any of my notifications for a while. So sorry that I didn't respond sooner. I'm very pleased that enjoy my version of Merry. Somehow when I write it is usually his voice that I hear strongest.
Thank you again for your kind words and for reviewing. If I have failed to respond to other comments you have left, my sincere apologies. I think people who review deserve a response. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

You had me ROFLing at the name Armulus. And then Token!
And I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of it. Loved the differences between the hobbits' reactions. Very well done!

Oh, I like this way to reconcile the differences. Very well done. Your stories always make me smile. I'm very glad you published this one. Thank you.

That was great! I agree with Dreamflower that already "the patented GW dialogue" was worth reading the story.
And the names! Too funny! I especially like "Bored the Bowman" and "Milkweed".
So, each hobbit has a different opinion about the new book. I can understand all of them, but personally I find myself somewhere between Merry and Pippin ;-)
These folks, Jackson, Walsh, and Boyens, they took the book and changed it in an effort to give it wider appeal.”
“I bet one of them is an Elf,” Merry said in a grumpy tone.
Author Reply: Thank you so much! I really appreciate the review since this is the only thing I've written all year. It's encouraging to hear from people and to know that some of them liked this. The names were fun to come up with. Milkweed was one of my favorites too. lol
I was glad to have enough hobbits to be able to give most points of view. I'm more like Merry but I still enjoyed the third film largely due to the amazing acting. Martin Freeman was perfect all the way through the film. When you see it, I think you'll be impressed by that too even if the film doesn't do it for you.
Thank you again and it's great hear from you. I love it when someone I used to see on here is *still* around. So many aren't.

I really have missed those prologues!
And although I haven't seen the third part yet, I'm going to read this story, because:
It takes great effort to ignore something properly once you’ve seen it. ;-)
Author Reply: LOL Hello there, Andrea. It's been a while but I'm glad to see you still have your sense of humor. Thank you for risking the read in spite of the spoilers. You've saved yourself a lot of effort by not ignoring this. hehehe

Hee! I like it! and I'm with Pippin, there's always room for a second take on things :)
Author Reply: I'm very glad you liked it. I tried to show both opinions on things. I figured if anyone would enjoy a new version of a classic it would be Pippin. : )
