| Welcome back! I really like this fic, and the sudden appearance of a new chapter probably made my day! :D I do see a step forward in the chapter - Rhinure certainly opened up a little bit more than usual, and Legolas seems more accepting of her reluctance to let go. Perhaps seeing two other loving couples interacting will give them food for thought; Rhinure can't have had much interaction with other races and that will be interesting to see. I can imagine Arwen and Éowyn will want to befriend her, and she'll have much in common with the Shieldmaiden. Maybe I'm wrong, but I sense that Rhinure's reluctance with love has to do with the aftermath of her father's death and with her childhood in general. I'd like to see Legolas discuss her family with her - if not Sarniel, then Barion, whom he must have known well, if he was his mother's bodyguard. Can't wait to see how the Lost Ones plot develop - I really hope to see a new chapter soon ;) Prego | |

| Boy, poor Rhinure and Legolas seem to be going round and round over the same sad ground. Evidently something else is going to have to happen go make them get out of their rut. The last scene is interesting. We'll see what it produces. Good to have you back, Fan. Author Reply: Hmmm ... not sure if you liked the chapter or not. Did you think it was repetitive? I planned this chapter over a year ago so and given the stop and start in writing the chapter, I fear the plot is not moving on fast enough (or at all) in terms of the relationship developing. The intrigue - that is on track. I hope you find that more interesting. Any suggestions as to plot development would be appreciated if you have the time. Thanks for reviewing Daw. | |
