| The Age of Saruman, eh? He is so deluded! I wonder what possible reason a fairly useless Wizard would have in taking the hobbits as prisoners? His only wiles being his tongue. *Extrememly* eager for another chapter soon! Funny--I always imagined you sitting upon a high stool, as Bilbo did in the Fellowship movie, as cool as a cucumber weaving your tales in your own little Red Book! :-) Pippinfan | |

| I just love this concept. Long ago I speculated that at least two of the hobbits had latent telepathic gifts. I never got around to writing anything about it though. I suspected fron the first time I read the books that Frodo had some sort of second sight, or something. His dreams of events happening in other places could not be coincidence. I thought that with the proper training he could learn to communicate with Gandalf or Aragorn at least. I also think Pippin has a little of this ability, too. You only see it once for sure, and that's when he senses Aragorn following the orcs. I'm probably reaching for straws, but that's the fun, isn't it? I've toyed with writing something about Pippin and his talent, but haven't gotten around to it. I am really enjoying this story. Saruman can sure still do a lot of damage. It could be particularly bad when he realizes he has the Ringbeared in his clutches. I'm glad Pippin escaped his notice. But I know this may be a mixed blessing. I hope my favorite little hobbit is all right even though he's buried under a large pile of rock. Can't wail for the next update. Thanks. Connie. | |

| You want more of the silver people, I want more of this story, too. That evil Saruman and Worm are on the loose again. Will Saruman try to control Frodo? Put him under his spell? I wonder. Hurry Lord Elrond and rescue your son! And Pippin? Maybe to save the day? Keep writing. Just love it!!!!!! | |

| *clutches popcorn tightly, nearly crushing the container..* ooh, the suspense, the drama! I love stories where Elladan and Elrohir are injured and they feel each other's pain! | Oooh. Unconcious Frodo. And where is Pippin? It's to be hoped that someone comes to the aid of that poor elf too. Your Saruman is deliciously nasty. You're far too good at writing him. I worry about you. ;) | |
