| Poor Diamond, the thought that she would actually PREFER losing Pippin to someone else rather than his position is heartbreaking. I'm very curious to see what Estella finds among Pippin's papers. Author Reply: Diamond has had a rough year all right and as to Estella, well, she may be on to something with her little search, only time and several more chapters will tell. | |

| Erry and Pippin in Middle-Earth's Twilight Zone continues! Yeah! Author Reply: I was trying to fit Rod Serling in there somewhere, but he really goes against canon and so I am leaving him out of this one. As I write it, I can heard the Twilight Zone music in my head, though. It seems to help in this case. LOL | |

| Quite a surprise for the Thain and the Master of Buckland to find themselves children again. Frodo's appearance was wonderful... mayhaps Merry's prediction will come true and Bilbo will turn up! Can't wait for the next chapter. Author Reply: With me writing, there is always a change of a surprise visit from Dear Bilbo. Glad you enjoyed Frodo's part in this twisted little fiction and I think that Merry and Pippin are in for a few more surprises along the way. | |

| Pippin is pretty stressed out and not helping himself. As much as I sympathize with him, his treatment of those around him is deporable and dishonorable. Hope you knock some sense into him. At this point stress-wise, I think I have taken my job and given it to poor Pippin, a dirty trick to play on anyone! | |

I know what you're feeling there, Pip! lol That statement hits just a little too close to home for me... I can already tell this is going to be a fantastic tale. I do believe that even the best of friends go through trials and tribulations. That's what refines their love. This is great writing! | This sounds good! So Pippin and Merry have a bit of a barrier between them, eh? This will be interesting to watch them resolve it. Pippinfan Author Reply: No friendship can go smoothly all of the time unless one person has no opinions at all and with these two, I doubt that is the case. Both of them seem to have plenty to say most of the time, so here we go... | |

| Poor Pip! Working too hard thinking he can do everything by himself. That does sound like something Merry could do, overly responsible as he is, but maybe it is possible for Pip too. As you let Merry say, Pip does try too hard. I wonder... are those berries he ate making him see things? Are they hallucinogenic? Anyway, keep writing and update soon :) Author Reply: At this point, Pip is being motivated by something completely different, but you'll see when the time comes. And as to the berries, well, everyone knows you can't eat everything that you find outside. Someone should have told Pippin I guess. | |
