| Baylor, I was suprised and delighted to find a entry by you on this site! Your stories were some of the first LOTR fan fiction I read, and I love them all! I have read Hankerchiefs and Mushrooms and I Always Know You, I don't know how many times, and I have read them to my younger sister as well. | Couldn't agree with you more on the case of the family trees. I'm sure you are aware Tolkien wrote that they--Merry and Pippin--left their books and offices to "their sons". He said there just wasn't enough room to write everybody's offspring in the Trees. I imagine Merry and Estella were quite 'productive'; in fact, I imagine them and Pippin & Diamond with many children. :-) | |
