| I really hope this works today! I read the updates you made a few days ago, and for some reason, I was unable to leave a review! Actually, I've been having a few troubles with SOA recently - plus, a lot of work - which is why I have not reviewed this story for some time. I hope you will forgive me for this. Do you have any idea how long this story will end up being? I hope you plan on including the hobbit escorts' journey from the Shire. The little hint at the end of this chapter did seem to suggest that, as well as suggesting more drama! That Cado just doesn't know how to control himself! It was good to see that you have given Opal a second chance - and a healer! I'm sure she'll make a wonderful one. Looking forward to reading more of this story (when time persists!) - Pervinca Author Reply: LOL! I was just leaving a review for you at the same time you left this one! I actually *lost* this chapter yesterday, or it would have been up then! But my problem was not SoA, but my own computer. Reckoning will probably end with Sam's wedding and seeing the embassy off. The rest will be in a sequel, which is only in the planning stages right now. I have a few special scenes in mind, but have not yet really begun it. First I have to finish my next Marigold's Challenge fic, and then I have two Chapter of the Week summaries to do for the Tolkien newsgroups. But the sequel is definitely percolating, and will at least include the journey to Edoras, if not beyond. I will say that Cado is not through getting in trouble, and he won't be able to blame it on big brother this time. 8-D | |
