Really great ending to a lovely story..Finally Merry has found a way to fight against the shadow in his dreams. Frodo and Merry have a talk and he wants to ask forgivness for bringing them on this quest...But merry tells frodo,they all made the decision to come along. Merry realizes each of us have our strengths and weekness and nothing is wrong with that,sometimes others must carry on in which we cannott... A new Kind of courage....... Loved it!! | Loved it on LJ and love it here too. I like getting to read the chapters twice. Was sorry to see this one end, but I did love how it all tied back together so neatly and how it ended on a happy note! I am a sucker for a happy ending! Author Reply: Thank you! I'm a sucker for a happy ending, too. I can torture my characters as much as I want, as long as I fix things in the end (at least as much as things can be fixed). I think a part of me is going to miss writing this, even though I was more than ready to be done with it. :) | |

| Love your discription of the feast and so I decided to read it again over here. I also like the happy ending of this chapter with the hobbits off to get a good night's rest after their big day. Merry deserves it! This has been a wonderful story. I am looking forward to the next chapter. Author Reply: Thanks! | Real nice... Pippin and merry each serve thier King,but have little time at first to see frodo and sam... Finally the little group are together again,and they each tell their tales of what befell them. It is an emotional time,but one that helps because they are together again. | Uh-oh, is this over? No! I really don't want it to be! This is (was?) a remarkable story, I've said it before, but I think it deserves saying again, that I supremely enjoyed every last word. But I think, that is, is it safe to say now that Merry is over the shadow (yes, i know you won't answer, but at least I tried ;)....)? Lol, well, if this story is over, and I hope that it is not, I would like to say that it is brilliant! =) ~Mistarry Author Reply: It's not over yet. | I love this story! Along with Recaptured, it's one of my favorite fanfiction stories I've ever read! Excellent! Like Sam, I don't like to give up, so I must ask you, yet again, is Merry over the shadow yet? Lol, =), and great job! Author Reply: I love your persistance.
