Clever thinking on Pip's part! I think he's made a good point. Loved it!

Author Reply: Thanks, GW! I'm glad Pippin's logic makes sense to you! I think he's quite the clever lad :D

LOL!!! Now that's logic!

That reminds me of an ancient computer game called "Monkey Island", in which the hero fell off a cliff. A message appeared saying "You lost! Please resume the game." Seconds later the hero bounced up again and said
"Below was a rubber tree!" ;-) His name was *not* Pippin, of course.

Author Reply: LOL that sounds like a funny game. A rubber tree! Maybe Pippin would have felt more comfortable in a rubber flet ;)

Thanks for reading, Andrea!

Pearl TookReviewed Chapter: 84 on 1/31/2008
Of course, it should have been obvious! ;-)

Delightful ST!!

Author Reply: Thanks so much, Pearl! :D

I LOVED IT! There are few things in this world better than Wee!Pippin bath fics and this is a stellar example! Loved how you wove the song in and made Bilbo the rare adult who encourages a good splash. How delightful!

Author Reply: Thank you so much!! I'm so glad you enjoyed this. I can't resist wee Pippin, but singing-in-the-bath wee Pippin is particularly special :D

That was oh, so sweet! And picture-perfect, too - how a baby is more enthralled with bright ribbons and wrappings than actual gifts.

PF

Author Reply: Thanks so much! I've always thought it was so funny that people go to so much trouble picking out the perfect gift when the baby only wants the ribbons and bows. *grin*

Treasure! What a wonderful mathom for Pippin to give his parents. It will be tucked away and prized greatly.

Clever Frodo. He even managed to remain paint-free!

Author Reply: Thanks so much, Bodkin! I'm so glad you enjoyed :)
Frodo IS very clever. I love writing him and wee Pippin :D

The perfect gift when flowers aren't available. Yes, most of us have done the handprint gift once or twice.

Author Reply: I remember making handprints when I was in pre-school and they were quite a hit with my parents. I though Paladin and Eglantine would like a set of their own :)

I DO remember this one, and can't think why I didn't respond. The courage given by example and caring is always sweet.

Author Reply: Thanks very much! This is one of my earliest stories, I'm so glad you enjoyed!

At least Sam did get to meet some Elves, becoming more of an expert on Elves in the end than many from far more affluent families.

Author Reply: Thanks, Larner!

Sweet. How did I manage to miss this one?

Author Reply: Hmm...I'd say that a comment is never late or early, it arrives precicely when it means to? :D
