| No, I'd not wish to be that rug, either! A fitting substitute for the side of the head of a certain gardener I'm certain she'd love to have been thumping at the time. Heh! Author Reply: You know, that's something that just drove me crazy in the films - how Merry and Pippin just up and disappeared along with Frodo and Sam! Not a word to anyone! At least in the book there's a small mention. Maybe I'm just taking it too much to heart because I'm a mom. | |
