These pranks are very amusing, I want to read more of them. I wonder how far they will go until someone says stop. I was laughing out loud. Author Reply: The Elves are long suffering, right? I don't know how long it will go on, as things just seem to be snowballing. I'm glad you're laughing!

I apologise for not reviewing on the first two chapters. This story is fun! I can't wait to see what Aragorn cooks up for those hobbits next. I suppose the ante will be upped with each round. This should be good... ~TF Author Reply: No worries, I'm glad you're reviewing now! Aragorn is going to cook up something awful, no doubt. Being a ranger, he has numerous ways of getting back at people. ^_^

Oh, this is great! Now the real question is : who should we be feeling sorry for, Aragorn or the hobbits? Cheers, Silvae Author Reply: Well, I don't feel particularly sorry for either party: they're doing it to themselves, after all! But my sympathies rest with Aragorn at the moment. :)

I'm definitely feeling sorry for poor Aragorn! I hope he finds out why the hobbits started the war, and explains why he took them through the Marshes! Author Reply: Yes, he really is going into this blindly, isn't he? Poor man. He'll find out eventually.

Bilbo is showing the wisdom of his years. And Frodo is sensible to keep his head down. This is not a situation for invalids. I love Luinil waiting in the hall with milk - she knows her Estel. Predictable clearly describes him well. Predictable also describes Pippin and Merry - but Aragorn doesn't yet know what to predict! He will, though. Frogs. Snakes. What's next, I wonder? I hope he doesn't intervene between a hobbit and his food again! Or do I? Hobbits trapped foodless in the sight of food might be torment beyond the bounds of humour. But satisfying! (I like their response to naked Ranger! Quite understandable.) And now we're onto refusing to be seen to be defeated. This is how WW1 started! Author Reply: Predictable indeed! That's what makes this story fun: the fact that neither party knows what to expect next. Whatever Aragorn does next will have to rely on waht little he truly knows about hobbits. :) Frodo and Bilbo can only turn a blind eye for so long. Hee! Hmm, hobbits trapped within sight of food...sounds like torture! Aragorn would meet his death for something like that! But I like that idea. Oh, dear, WW1. I don't think that this will be quite as serious as that, but Elrond and Gandalf may have to step in before the end. Lol!

Hee... I love it! And especially the bits about Aragorn's greasy hair, and Merry's comment about no one messing with a hobbit's food. I wonder if Aragorn could do something to their pipeweed? I could guess that would get them a little upset... (at least, that's how I've written it before... 0:) Author Reply: woman, you have inspired me! Pipeweed is something I hadn't even thought of. Oh dear, oh dear, but this will be fun! *rubs hands together, cackling* Thanks!
