| the leather cover faded and worn, though perhaps at some long ago time it might have been red. I absolutely love this. And you know how much I appreciate the idea that the Three do NOT fade. | We don't always know why we do something but there is a reason. It seemed foolish and useless and a waste, but there was a purpose that Pippin cooperated with without knowing fully. | LOL!!! That was great! So, there are two possibilities now: either Gimli has scared them for life or they will start to pursue Legolas now. Maybe he likes it ;-) Author Reply: I think Gimli scared them off. I have a feeling that Legolas already had plenty of "fangirls" to deal with, LOL! (In fact, I'd bet the only surviving member of the Fellowship who did not was probably Gandalf: he'd be far too intimidating all on his own. Though, who knows? *grin* I figure even Gimli may have had a few, though I'd guess most of them might be too wary to approach him... | |
