| Personally I doubt Frodo was quite all that ill at ease when he returned, although I like how you write it and the gentle love that helps to ease it. Author Reply: I don't know if you read the first part of this or not, but since he's gone through this hell twice now, I think it would affect him sooner and deeper than before. | Another sweet, heart-warming chapter. Really liked this bit- It’s too close to bedtime," Sam insisted when he first announced it when Frodo had returned to the story after their walk. "Bedtime?! But that’s hours away, Sam," Frodo protested. "It's barely even tea time." That sounds like Sam, alright, always lookin' out for Frodo. Keep it comin', Antane! | I've been watching my inbox all day for thi...and it was certainly well worth it! A beautiful, beautiful chapter! And you continue to amaze me with the way you so beautifully portray the love between these two brothers of the spirit, and of the way you think of the perfect places for these songs! I'll think I've come up with the perfect one, and then it's something totally different and much more moving. I tried to sing this one just now and got choked up, just because of the picture you painted with your words. Oh, I can't wait to read more! | Wonderful beginning, Antane. Gandalf always has something of wisdom, don't he? And that moment between him and Bilbo, when Bilbo's trying to find someone to blame, wow. Beautiful as always. Frodo's surrounded by more love than he know. I just hope those nightmares don't trouble him too much. | |

| Oh, Antane! I don't even know where to begin! There's so much to love about this chapter that I can't even begin to put a name to it all! Let's see: the farewell between Frodo and Aragorn was beautiful; the affection between the hobbits and especially Frodo and Sam is as wonderful and heart-warming as always; I love how you used the song-I can really hear Frodo's sweet voice in that now; and the crown of all was the wedding, of course! :-) More, more, more!! :-) Namarie, God bless, hugs, Galadriel | |
