| *shrieks and rolls with laughter* Oh, oh, you are so funny! I can hardly type, and you've got me in tears...of laughter. Oh, that's hilarious, and all the more so because I know what *really* happened. It's so ironic that you've done this, though because, well, you'll have to wait and see. I do have one objection though. *Ahem* Sam did *not* give up that easily! Frodo had to hold him down for like five minutes, and there was a very short wrestling match involved, was there not? LOL! But that's okay. Excellent rendering of this unforgettable...event! | Awww, this is sweet. Dear Frodo, half shy, half eager to go on adventures! :) How like one of his age and disposition! I like how you did this moment from both POVs. I can see your writing improving, even since your first story, and I can already tell you that you are one of the very gifted authors on this site. There is just something about your writing, a depth, a realness, if you will, that I can't describe. You have that in common with Larner and a very few others, though of course each style is different. I don't quite know what to say to your compliments that have really boosted my courage. I wish my mom could know, but due to the content, she wouldn't be interested in reading it. She says it's a waste of time, among other things, but I think that it is helping me with grammer and writing skills. But thank you for your compliments on how my writing has improved. | Had to come back and read this one again-I love it that much! My favourite is the one in Mordor. Now I want to write something about Sam and Frodo in Mordor! Hmmm...maybe I'll work on your birthday present...or A Gardener's Tale...:) Can't wait to see more! But I do know how hard it can be-it's sooo hard to catch a minute to write and post these days!
