| It's great to see the Tooks and Brandybucks learn more and more what happened while their sons and Frodo and Sam were away. I loved the bit where Merry forgave his aunt and uncle for Pippin's sake. Just as I would expect him to do. Author Reply: I wrote a reply last night, but apparently hit "Back" instead of "Post." Please forgive me. Yes, all are learning more openly what happened; and just the act of telling it forth is helping in the recovery for the three remaining Travellers as much as for the two sets of parents. And am so glad you appreciated that for Merry he'd indeed forgive for the sake of his beloved younger cousin. Thanks so much! | |
