| Very good indeed, and I liked your referencing of Elros, most fic writers stick with Elrond's grief over losing Celebrian when it comes to Arwen and her choice, and completely ignore that he had a beloved brother whom he also lost. | A good summation of some of Denethor's misgivings; showing his fundamental preference for his older son much to his younger son's detriment. And yet, if Denethor had sent Faramir to Imladris, both his children might have survived the Ring War (sadly, the reverse is also true).
