| These are very lovely. My favorite would have to be the last one, because it is so like Merry to keep his pain to himself, and so like Pippin to notice it despite his cousin's best efforts, and then want to comfort him. I love when Pippin is the comforter, and when Merry finally allows himself to be soothed! Very nice :) | |

| Nicely done! You're right, the dates and places are important, but they serve well as titles-of-sorts, and from what I understand, titles don't count in the word-count of a drabble. You pack so much thought and emotion into such a compact package. It was so nice to see this just waiting to be read, a small and pleasant surprise, and short enough to be read in the few moments I have between unpacking and starting another load of clothes to washing. | |
