| Absolutely delightful! Of course, there were a lot of intelligent, even talking, animals in Middle Earth. And those between Mordor and Minas Tirith would just be recovering from a lot of rough years, with Orcs and all of Saurons humans and other creatures trampling through their forests. I am sure they would have learned to be especially wary! Very well begun! | |

| An enjoyable beginning.I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next. This sounds a trifle awkward and may be left over from your first version? I believe it is left over from the original, though I have yet to figure out how to reword it to make it sound less awkward. | |
