| Merry is such a smart-aleck! But I would bet if it were "Brandybuck Month" he'd be all for it! Poor Frodo! Actually, I think as much as hobbits love a party, they'd enjoy "Hobbit Month" even if it didn't make any sense. Author Reply: I think Merry just enjoyed getting one over on Frodo. | This is brilliant and absolutely delightful GW. Will we get to see Merry's retribution for Pippin planning to use his boat? Loved the relationships you show, especially Merry and is Dad. Got that dry sense of humour. *sigh* You can lead a Took to water, but you can't make 'em sink. Author Reply: For some reason, I have always enjoyed writing Saradoc Brandybuck. | Well... you know what they say about Brandybucks. (Only not in polite company.) Enjoyed having one of your prologues pop up at a time when I actually have a few moments to steal for reading!
