The Last Gift  by Ellynn 14 Review(s)
LarnerReviewed Chapter: Prologue on 1/30/2010
I, too, have pictures made and sent to the West via various ships. And this is so perfect--yes, it is the little things, the daily life, that tells the true story--and in this case the story if of love and joy! So true a gift for her to have wished her parents to have of her!

Author Reply: Yes, I also send pictures and little gifts to my long-distance friends (photos, though, not drawings; my drawings are like those of 6-year-olds *blush*). It is a great feeling to be in touch with the people you love, even though you are far away; Arwen knows it too.
Thank you for reading and reviewing!

They'd see how much my little family made me happy.

And that is what parents want most. What a lovely idea, and lovely story. I, too, would enjoy a companion piece from Elwing and Elrond's POV when Legolas and Gimli arrive.

Author Reply: I am not a parent, but I believe you're right - children's happiness is the most important for their parents. And I believe Arwen was really happy with Aragorn.
Thank you for reading and reviewing! About the sequel... we'll see. :)

Just lovely. Please write the companion piece in Valinor!

Author Reply: Thanks for the review, I am glad you like it. But the companion piece... I don't know for now, I have a feeling that it would be harder to write it than this one. I won't promise anything, but I'll try.
