'Til Death Do Us Part  by Haleth 294 Review(s)

Ha!Ha! I had to laugh at Inglor's answers to Haleth, he so doesn't have a clue as to what's going on in her head. Her remarks about the elves went over the top of his head as well or at least he's smart enough not to take the bait, it's almost like they are living in two different worlds isn't it? I wonder what would happen if the worlds collided? LOL! Bam! Well I'll leave you on that thought, as always this is one of my favorite stories. Hugs The Imp

Author Reply: Thank-you for reviewing, Elfingimp. They really do live in two completely different worlds. Inglor seems to be catching on to this. Or at least he's learned some of the things that antagonize Haleth (even if he doesn't understand why) and he tries to avoid them.

Yes, she said? I think I wouldn't be around Inglor for to long without becoming rather physical, I don't think I could take it.After all that he knew? I am left once again wanting to get into this elfs head, but I really don't think even if I did I would understand. Hugs The Imp P.S. But he soo wonderful.

Author Reply: Thank-you for reviewing, ElflingImp. Poor Haleth. She could have said a great deal more. Most of it would have been profane. Maybe Inglor wanted her to say a bit more? We'll never know. He plays it very close to the chest.
Thanks again. Haleth

Ooh! Inglor is being way too mysterious here. *LOL* He is one Elf I could cheerfully drown and I'm sure Haleth feels the same way. So what is our Elf up to, hmmm? Hope we find out soon and I hope you never stop writing about these two. They're too much fun and I look forward to every new chapter and story.

Author Reply: Thank-you, Fiondil. There's way more to this story yet. I hope the characters don't wear out their welcome by the end of it.

Inglor is really infuriating. He has reasons for the things he does. He just never bothers to share them with anyone else.

This is a fascinating start. Will we ever find out how the two happen to be traveling together? I can't wait to find out how Inglor finally gets into the tower as I am sure he will.

Well, well, well I would like to see Inglor backside flipping aroung like that! Personally I thought the elf was gonna get stuck leaving Haleth to find a way to get him out, but I was relieved when he was able to get out, I guess I rather relate to Haleth as I am getting older too and I know what she's going thru as far as that, as for the elf I wonder what goes on in his head(as always). Hugs the Imp

Author Reply: It would be something to see, wouldn't it? You could probably sell tickets. Getting older isn't always pleasant, but it's better than the alternative. Inglor's thoughts are a mystery to me, too. It's really hard to get into the head of an immortal being who is way, WAY older than I could ever imagine being.

Thanks for reviewing.

It looks like Haleth is going to have very nice dreams that night. *grin*
Does Inglor have any idea?? More please.

Author Reply: Thank-you for reviewing, Selene. Poor Haleth. Even if she did have nice dreams, she'd only feel that much the worse when she woke up the next morning.

LOLOL! Storming into towers is beocming a habit or these two! And now Haleth's curiosity is piqued. I love it when she tries -and mananges- to be literal as he is. This exchange had me almost howling! ‘A very large battering ram?’ Haleth suggested.(...) ‘I was hoping for something smaller,’ he said. Tapping her fingers thoughtfully against her lips, Haleth studied the heavily built doors. ‘I don’t think a small battering ram would work,’ she eventually said. They are definitely rubbing on each other, and forgive me the expression! :-) This is delightful.

Author Reply: Haleth seems to have finally realized that if she can't beat Inglor for being completely correct and yet utterly unhelpful, she can at least join him. I get the impression he does not enjoy having the tables turned.

Thanks for reviewing.

*grin* This is going to be interesting. The king would recognize the palantir, so what is Inglor up to?? I for one can't wait to find out.

Hugs Selene

Author Reply: Thank-you for reviewing, Selene. Whatever Inglor is up to, rest assured he won't let on what it is.

They or should I say Inglor is going to steal another palantir? Well this should be interesting ,althou I am not catching on to everything here. What is he up too?, I am beginning to see what Haleth means LOL! Hugs The Imp

Author Reply: What is he up too? I'd like to know, but I don't think he'd tell either of us. He'd just give you a puzzled, somewhat hurt look for suggesting that he might be up to anything at all...Except that would mean he'd have a clue. On second thought, he'd just look bewildered.

Thank-you for reviewing.

Yay, a new story!! It is so good to see you and Haleth and Inglor back here. I just love their misunderstandings of each other, they make me laugh... it seems that no matter how much traveling together they do, they are still a puzzle to the other. *grin*
Just keep it comin ...

Hugs Selene

Author Reply: Thank-you, Selene. On some levels they do seem to understand each other, but on others...not so much.
