A fine drabble - we can see how Faramir is a renaissance man of sorts, and Boromir's heart centers on soldiering.

And I would have paid good money to see them both working out with scythes!

A beautiful image, Faramir feeling that farming is easier to judge than warfare.

I like the idea that Faramir has a better appreciation for the needs of peacetime than does his brother.
