| This is a wonderful story, Inzilbeth! I love the way you describe Elrond and Elros and their feelings and thoughts here. I liked that Elrond came to accept and understand his brother's choice despite the pain it brought him. You made the choices of both brothers easy to understand and also showed how much they loved each other, even if they had to choose different ways. I also very much liked the way you described Cirdan, Gil-Galad, and Eonwë. I enjoyed this story from beginning to end! :) Author Reply: I'm so glad you enjoyed my take on this and thank you for your lovely review. The more I tried to unravel this, the more obvious it became and I feel certain both brothers would both understand and respect the choice of the other. I can't imagine 'kind as summer' Elrond being anything but sympathetic! | |
