What a sweet and loving image of true love! Love how Aragorn sees the Music. Will be taking my usual Lenten fast from hobbity reading but will have to catch up after Easter. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm pleased you enjoyed this drabble. May God bless you too this season of Lent.

Faramir would have endured Galadriel's gaze and looked her calmly in the eye I hadn't thought of that but it makes sense, even if he tells Frodo and Sam he has no interest in going to the Golden Wood. Still he has nothing to hide and would have liked to have met her. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.Faramir could have looked Galadriel in the eye as he said he would not even pick the Ring up from the highway.May God bless you too.

That would be painful, but also it would make him all the more sure that his own children were always surrounded by love, which they would be in any case. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm sure Faramir was a good father.May God bless you too.

This is excellent! What a sad fate for Boromir, who had so bravely fought the orcs; to die with Gondor's future in doubt, and his own heart saddened by guilt. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm pleased you liked this drabble, I tinkered quite a lot with the original from 2 years ago.

I like this one; a lovely circular look at Faramir's past, present and future; the child is father to the man and the adult cannot always get away from the child he was; sons growing up to become fathers themselves are still sons... Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm pleased you enjoyed this glimpse of Faramir. I've revised it quite a bit from the original.
