Fey  by Thundera Tiger 12 Review(s)

This has become one of my new favorite fanfics. The atmosphere is perfectly set up and you can feel the misty, smelly coldness of the swamp. "The Sea! Only the sea" was the creepiest part for me in this chapter, and I really admire your pacing and respect for the reader. Your stories are very high quality.

I'd also like to thank you for replying to our reviews, if you feel rewarded by reading these reviews it also brings no small happiness for me to see the author's reply :)

Can't wait for the next chapter.

Author Reply: I'm so glad you're enjoying this story, and I'm SO glad the atmosphere is holding. As for replying to reviews, you're very welcome! I figure it's the least I can do if people are interested enough to give the stories a read. So many thanks for all your reviews, and the replies are my honor!

Hook, line and sinker. I am thoroughly engrossed. I keep thinking I should understand. But I need to go back and read again each place where Faramir has had the dream and pull out the little clues you have so cleverly hidden. I need to spread all the pieces out on the table and see if I can re-assemble them. I need to get inside of Faramir's head, or Legolas' or Gimli's or the mist creature's or yours. . .

Else I can wait for chapter 5.

It is going to be a long night.

Superbly crafted!

Author Reply: Well, if you do manage to get inside my head, feel free to tidy up a bit. It's a little chaotic in there. ;)

Anyway, a lot of the clues are in the dreams, but some of the pieces depend on people understanding a few of Tolkien's more obscure creatures and lore. So if you don't figure it all out, it's possibly because you may have a life outside the fandom. :)
