| Great start. Although, a large cat like the one they met would probably roar or growl before it attacked. And a cat attacking two fully grown men with sharp weapons is very very unlikely,even if they invaded it's territory. Also, the foals would have kicked the cat and left some bruises. Even if they are foals. Equine (horse) nature. Other then that, great story so far!! Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.. I fear I'm only familiar with domestic cats and I didn't intend the lynx to be a normal example of the species. The foals might well have injured it. I'm pleased you are enjoying the story. | |
