So Glorfindel's group "met up with" Mithrellas and Nimrodel when the ellith were being sold into slavery? Sounds grim - and they would not have survived long, I think - I assume you go with canon her as well, and as far as I think I remember reading something about Elves who get raped just don't survive it. I sort of wonder how they did the convincing - if they claimed the ellith were relatives of theirs, or simply let Glorfindel threaten to pound the slavers into paste if they did not let their prizes go...
Author Reply: Hi Sunny. I do try to go with canon as far as possible, so yes, it would have been very bad had the two ellith not been rescued by the ellyn. I have no idea how they convinced the slavers to let the ellith go, but whatever they did I'm sure it was memorable. *grin* Thanks for commenting. I really appreciate it. |
