| Whew! At least Elrohir survived. Pity the poor young elf. Only 600 years old. Such a shame. And now Elrond, and presumably Glorfindel, are on their way to Lothlórien and maybe beyond to find the answers they seek for a cure. I wish them every luck. I think they're going to need it. Author Reply: Elrohir survived, even if another life was lost. Sad indeed and you are right, they will need any luck they can get. Elrond will be hard pressed this time - but, you know me...LOL. | Elrohir's close call and the communion with Galadriel have set Elrond on a fateful journey. Where will he find his answers? How can Glorfindel help? More tension! So looking forward to the next Chapter. Author Reply: Elrond has reached his stress limit, nonetheless he has to journey to Mirkwood, but will he really get his answers there? | Matters are quickly going from bad to worse. Elrond must confer with another healer, but it is a long way to Mirkwood. What a cliff-hanger! As ever, looking forward to the next chapter Lai. | Very frustrating for Elrond not to be able to identify the second ingredient in the poison. Of course, my question is: how does he know it's not another plant rahter than an animal? Of course, the idea that spider poison is being used does make a twisted sort of sense. Hope Elrond contacts Thranduil and see what the wood elves can do to find a cure. And now Elrohir's been struck down by a poisoned arrow! Definitely a wicked cliffie. Have you been taking lessons from me? LOL! | The idea that the aconite is possibly mixed with spider venom is good. And if he has an idea this is true, he is going to get to test it immediately, it appears. Poor Elrond--this time the poison has truly hit home! Treating his son is making it an immediate threat! Author Reply: I´m glad you like te idea of the mixes poison, but simply test it will not be the solution, I fear. LOL!
