| I really like this little scene. Balin was my favorite dwarf and I always knew that he was fond of Bilbo, but to see him so supportive, if a little misguided, in the face of Thorin's doubts is wonderful. Author Reply: Thank you. I really like Balin as well; he seems very wise and kind. | |
