| I do like the reactions of 'the locals' to Sara trying to explain modern Britain and the concept of sexual equality. And I wonder which will be more upsetting to her, and Imrahil; getting back to her own time and place, or not doing so. | Interesting chapter. As I never got into the Eomer-fics that much, I'm somewhat unfamiliar with your view of Rohan but do like this story a lot for the characterization, particularly of Sarah as you continue to develop her. Obviously the interactions with the elves and Gandalf will be an interesting wicket for Sarah to tread through. Thanks as always for your hard work on this, looking forward to the next installment. | Just had time to pop over here - and what a lovely surprise to find a new story from you - I am doing the dance of joy! I really like this - there is nothing wrong with the 'girl falls into ME' genre when it is well written, and especially when it is not the 'tenth walker who saves everyone and Legolas loves to distraction' trope. | I really like how you subtly dose magic into this. A 21st Century understanding of the world does not allow for sentient horses, mind reading etc. Sarah doesn't believe what she is seeing but those around her accept it as normal. So she has to.
