Really interesting chapter. One thing I would encourage you to do is to think through Sarah's physicality. IE if she's truly Eowyn's size, she would probably not be totally overborn by the Rohirim or Imrahil's people. However if she is Eowyn's size in body but not in height, this would impact how she interacts with both on physical and psychological levels. Is she curvy (thereby needing more support up top), or slender with fewer curves? Back in the day, handling this via radically different ways to set up clothing etc, was actually something of a serious issue for women as you doubtless already know but haven't really dealt with yet here. Very curious to see where you take this and thanks loads for your hard work on it.

Author Reply: You may be right, but this was only ever thought to be a little fun piece to give pleasure to me and anyone who read. My other stories are usually more crafted. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

And that, Ladies and Gentlemen, is how you write a cliffhanger.

I like how you have her vaguely aware of the characters and the story, setting her apart (again) from the normal GFIME. And how you have given a logical reason for her to be inserted her into the company of "The Characters" lets us slide past the suspension of reality just a bit easier.

As usual, your little details are what makes this such a cool drink of water in the desert.

Oh, and... Imrahil!?

This is going to be soooooo much fun!

Author Reply: I hope it is fun - that is the intention. And I have fallen for Imrahil lately - as I get older I imagine. LBJ

LBJ ventures into that den of inequity that is the Mary Sue. YAY! I went all LBJ Fanboy when this popped up. Huzzah! This is like watching a high school garage band murder Guns'N'Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine" at the annual talent show and Slash asks to sit in.

This has to be the most unique take on this much maligned genre. No saving Boromir or doe eyed, divinely beautiful unknown daughter of Elrond altering that which shall not be altered. Just a modern girl's eye view of a mini side note from the original text. A side note that the author has so eloquently expounded and chronicled in so any ways that we cannot wait to see how it all happens this time.

Here endeth the gush.

Thanks for taking us with you

Inglor

Author Reply: I never thought to write anything like this but some dark times prompted me to go for a little fun.

It's good to see Sara making herself at home.

Author Reply: But will she stay or will she go? LoL. Thanks for reviewing. LBJ

Oh, dear--she'd better think on a fanfic story! Heh! Don't think it will be so rubbishy, coming from you, of course. Good luck with this, and look to read more whenever the blasted computer allows!

Author Reply: Thank you. It's certainly a new venture for me. LBJ'

Poor Sara! Looking forward to seeing what becomes of her.

Author Reply: Not an easy situation. But I am sure it will work out. Thanks a lot for taking the time to review. LBJ

Well, I really enjoyed it even if it is different! I look forward to seeing where you take this.

Author Reply: Well its already gone a different way then I originally intended - as is often the case. Thanks so much for reviewing. LBJ
