A lovely exposition of how he has come to realize his love for this woman, his compassion for her griefs, how he has been drawn to her. Lovely, Linda.

So lovely. Faramir's heart truly needed healing, and thankfully Eowyn recognized that this man could heal hers, as well.

I can appreciate this being so likely a means in which he chose to leave Gondor to return to the north once more.

A good look at a moment in Aragorn's history that we don't see too often in fanfic - he's facing a crossroads with some heartache either way he turns. It took considerable strength for Aragorn to strike out into the unknown; and you capture his regrets very well.
