Oh, Gondorrim lords and their ways with the family! Did you intend this "you father loves you" so creepy? Author Reply: Hi, Yes, I did mean that - 'your father loves you' - Aragorn wants to convey to her that Imrahil is doing what he thinks best for his daughter. - Thanks for reading. LBJ

Lothiriel has done a good job of settling in as Eomer's wife - and he seems pretty pleased at being Lothiriel's husband. Lovely image of him coming in from the snowy plains to find his wife snoozing in the hall in his robe! And baby already on the way. Not that I'm surprised. I suspect they've done plenty of practising. Good story - most enjoyable! Author Reply: I am sure they have practised a great deal. Thankyou for your reviews and I am glad you enjoyed it. I just hope you oke the next one. LBJ

Nice one! Lothiriel was able to show herself well in front of her future people and then had the pleasure of squashing her brothers. A job for life of repairing Meduseld's tapestries doesn't sound all that wonderful to me - but then I'm not a properly-trained princess! I'm glad Eomer managed to sneak Lothiriel away - and her brothers are now unable to interfere in the post-wedding entertainment. Author Reply: I think that our princess has at last found her role in life. LBJ

Oh my! *breathes* Now for a coherent review. I am very pleased that the fire was quickly dealt with, and the wedding was not delayed. I liked the contrast between Rohirric and Gondorian customs, and the way the feast was fairly simple. And I am very pleased that Imrahil finally apologized to his daughter, and they were able to put that behind them. It's a shame she doesn't have younger sisters, for he's learned his lesson now, and would not repeat it. And as for the rest... Very well done. Author Reply: Perhaps Imrahil will pass the lessons on to his sons when they have daughters! LBJ

What an exciting chapter! Considering how much Lothiriel was enjoying the kissing, however, it is probably just as well they were interrupted, although I am sure Eomer would have preferred something a bit less drastic. Oh, and my compliments to you--it's very clever of you to realize how vulnerable to lightning Meduseld would be--I never would have thought of it myself, but now you point it out, it seems obvious.

Ooh I felt that kiss sending shivers all the way down my spine! *Mm* And then, what a change of pace! I am glad that you are posting soon.

The girl is definitely good in a crisis. Spending a thunderstorm calming horses will certainly get her points with the Rohirrim. As will sending Eomer off to Meduseld without any girlie hysterics. And only one kiss! The poor girl doesn't get many breaks! (Yet.) But standing at the top of a watch tower with Eomer isn't a bad way to spend an evening!

It must be handy to have a couple of Marshals around who can sidetrack the bride's brothers! Although, now she can escape with Eomer, Lothiriel seems a little nervous about the prospect. Imrahil seems a little disconcerted by the 'not-queen-until-bedded' notion. Perhaps Lothiriel should have let him in on that one - given him something to brood over during the betrothal. Erchirion, on the other hand - deserved the little slap his sister aimed at him. I hope Lothiriel and Eomer have a lovely walk! Author Reply: Yes, I could have done that but Lothiriel wanted him to get a shock in Rohan and she also wanted to put it out of her mind. LBJ
