| It was admirable of Frodo to try to take the blame, but Legolas's solution was the best - and he can back it up with his quiver of arrows! ;) This is one conversation that won't be coming up again, at least for a while. After the quest, I'm sure they'll all look back on this and have a good laugh, as I did reading it. I have often wondered about this scene and what sort of conversation went on between them while Tom was away, and now I know! *giggles* The flag of the Tooklands indeed. Author Reply: Yes, this was *exactly* what they must have talked about! This is why the Tom Bombadil scenes were cut from Jackson's films.
