A proper disposition of Tauriel's body, and love the friendliness shown Bard's children by Thranduil.

Yay...so glad to see an update...even if it's a short little one!

Ah! Caught up! Glad that Legolas can tell the difference between male and female Dwarves. Love the history between him and Dis, and her courtesy toward him. He will survive his grief, at least.

I had feared such news, and hope that Dain allowed the internment as requested. At least Legolas has the support he needs to get through this situation, and we know he will accompany Aragorn in the future on the great quest of their time.

I have read your stories many times in the past and still go back to reread them. I wish Nilmandra and DAW were still writing LOTR stories but am very grateful that you have decided to write this story. It would have been nice if you had been working with PJ on his movie and been able to correct his mistakes about Thranduil. Many people don't seem to understand the Woodland King. In particular, I love the way you are showing Legolas' sorrow after the battle and now the grief from the death of Tauriel.

Darn it, darn it, darn it. I really did understand Tauriel might fade but.....

i really do enjoy how you have intertwined her memory into the story. nicely done.

Beautifully written. Thanks

Death is never easy to accept, and particularly when it is a child that dies.

Alas--has Tauriel begun fading or something?

Well, I'd say that all who need to know his true identity do. Excellent removal of the arrow.
