| Ah! At last! Glorfindel had been getting the rough end of the pineapple for far too long. Unselfish love for others cured him, his reward an adorable reborn Asfaloth .. A perfect conclusion to an enjoyable story Lai. Author Reply: I could not let our dear elf hanging like that and thought of a suitable healing and reward. I thought on a beautiful foal - a son of Asfaloth but my beta reader had the wonderful idea of Asfaloth reborn. Yeah, he deserves it all. The story was much fun to write. | After a brief hesitation, it walked into the elf´s arms and placed his head on the warrior´s forearm. Glorfindel carefully enveloped the tiny animal in a gentle hug tears in his eyes. He stroked the fluffy fur and felt the foal already relaxing against him. *melts* Oh yay, a happy ending! I have a big grin on my face now. :) Author Reply: I could not let our dear Glorfi hanging. | So Celebrian is finally reconciled with her family. But, Glorfindel? I loved the way you portrayed little Elrohir and then Elladan, so slow to trust. A sweet chapter Lai. | Darn it, real life almost made me miss a chapter.... Now talk about a plot twist. lol. Nicely done Lai, nicely done. this is interesting because that must mean Glorifindel must have a few lessons to learn. very well written, I never ever think of Glori being irresponsible and to see him viewed as such was fascinating. can't wait to see where his dreams lead him Author Reply: you are welcome and thank you very much. | Oh! Celebrian is such a trial. She has successfully alienated just about everyone. I am not surprised she is beset by nightmares; just what is needed to bring her to her senses! | It sort of reminded me of "It's a wonderful life" also, I wonder if somehow Galadriel isn't behind this ;D I know Celebrian's being difficult but I feel for her. Hope she wakes up soon!
