Now, the idea of the 747 is a good one. My dad used to work at Boeing, building the things, testing every component that went into them and the 720 series. I used to feel particularly safe, knowing my stepdad's seal of approval had to go on each door seal and window slide as well as the jet motors and aillerons. But the ending--it's just TOO perfect! Yes, the bane of our existence--telemarketers! So wonderful! Thanks for the warning! Author Reply: You're probably the only one who thinks a 747 is a good idea for transporting mortals beyond the circles of Arda. lol Glad you liked the story, Larner. I thought the ending was wonderful myself. And you're welcome about the warning. Readers should know by now to take them seriously where I'm concerned.

Mwahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Just what I needed today when wires are being crossed left and right! Bless you! You made me smile. :) Author Reply: Hi Rhyselle. With Mercury in retrograde this month, there are a lot of communciation problems in the world, so I think this little fic is timely. I'm glad it made your day.

*ROTFLMAO* That's a great parody of what's going on right now! I've been reading in the CBS blogs a bit lately, and seeing how Democrats and Republicans are at each others throats about the election, though they are all Americans, I can imagine what is going on in Námo's Halls between *real* enemies. Not even the Fëanorionnath can have been that bad! There are so many great ideas - shipping off the fëar in a 747, osanwë call forwarding, telemarketers ... *wipes eyes* Thanks for the laugh! Author Reply: You're welcome! *grin* Glad you enjoyed this.

Oh Eru, this was so funny! Just what I needed! I do feel sorry for Namo, the Timeless Halls just were not made for the number of people who die, for whatever reason, in this day and age. Surely Aule could make bigger swan boats, the image of Namo cramming Faer into a 747 is hilarious! As for Atar not being in Osanwe range, I have the same problem where I work! Not that I keep my cell turned on mind you! I don't blame him for not having call forwarding, they always call just when you are eating or trying to nap! Darn Telemarketers/political pollsters! More please, Lynda Author Reply: I'm glad this was just what you needed. I think these days we need all the laughs we can get. And even the Valar are apparently victims of modern technology. *hee*
