B2MeM 2011: Haradhrim Nights  by Mirach 113 Review(s)

Another woman moved to pity by this strange Northerner. He does move hearts, doesn't he?

Author Reply: With the exception of Butterbur, it seems =) But here it's necessary to say that the woman didn't like Durnaur, and so she would welcome anyone who would have the courage to stand up against him.

Oops, really bad situation again. Though, I have a feeling that the sound of steel is real, and not just his imagination. We'll see.

Btw, on your chapter list, 26 is following 24. Is that a mere slip, or do you plan something else there...?

Author Reply: I don't know how that happened, chapter was hiding and I needed to publish it again. It's there now, I hope.

Can't wait for final sollution! :)

Author Reply: There are still five chapters left, and for three of them I still don't know the prompt =)

I really hope that RL will be merciful and allow you more writing soon!
And yes, of course, thanks for another great chapter. It's nice to see a new, interesting POV.

Author Reply: I think I'll get to chapter 27 today, but I don't know about tomorrow... Thank you for the review!

Aha! The eagle has struck, and struck hard. Now--Durnaur's turn! Hurray!

Author Reply: It's not quite clear which one of them you are cheering for, but I suppose it's Thorongil =)

Poor Sahir. He's lost Rasha's earring, At least he is trying to do the right thing.

Author Reply: Following Tolkien's tradition to write stories about jewels ;)

Hurry, write, update soon!

Author Reply: I probably should if I want to catch up =)

Thoughts of frying pans and fires come to mind. Poor Aragorn--stuck under the porch as he is! And now we have some idea as to who set the bounty on his head--and why!

Author Reply: Frying pans and fires are very appropriare comparison for this local clima =)

I loved this chapter, your use of the prompt, the vividness of the ride and Aragorn forming a bond with the horse!

Author Reply: Thank you very much! Sadly, he couldn't keep the horse for long.

Ah, finally some clues about who is after him and why... and it does seem that introducing himself as "Thorongil" isn't the wisest idea. I wonder where he'll find any help, if at all, in this refugee outpost!

Author Reply: Some clues, and some new questions - it's a balance =) Thank you for the review, and sorry for the delay in reply and posting.
