I have seen ugly china before but your description here beats them all. May I hope that the china be used for target practice.

As always, I am enjoying the story

Author Reply: Hey, UTfrog. I tried to make it as ugly as possible. I'm glad I succeeded. *grin* Glad you are still enjoying the story. Thanks for letting me know. I really appreciate it.

Finrod, Glorfindel and Intarion's reactions would certainly be a good reason for the wedding china to not be used - quite aside from the fact that it was evidently a spectacularly ugly design! It just would not do for the Reborn - of whom one is the groom, at that! - to have a Reborn reaction in the middle of the wedding because of the decoration on the wedding china! And it could be quite spectacular reactions, too, since the three of them were immediately reminded of blood spattered on a green surface.
I don't think Almariel would understand that kind of reason, though, especially if she has had little or no contact with Reborn herself.
Let us hope that cooler heads - and better taste - triumphs! It wouldn't surprise me if Sador decides to arrange for something that is less likely to cause such reactions. And that goes better with his gift to the happy couple!

Author Reply: Hi Sunny. I doubt Arafinwe will allow that china to see the light of day any time soon. *grin* And you're right, that Almariel wouldn't understand. We'll have to see how it goes. Hopefully, as you say, cooler heads and better taste will triumph. Thanks for reading and reviewing. I appreciate it.
