Elf Academy Part Deux  by Fiondil 15 Review(s)

"Elves with attitude" indeed! Glorfindel really knows how to make things interesting. Good riddance where the other agents are considered, although I feel sorry for the Inuits. Now if they just could do something really nasty to Farrell! He's way too trigger-happy for the peace of my mind.

In any case, it was really nice to come home to this after the Week of Hell.

Author Reply: Hi Soledad. I always loved that line and was happy to be able to use it. I'm sure the Inuits are having a grand time with the agents, as we will learn eventually. And Farrell... well we'll just have to see. Glad to know this chapter helped make the past week bearable for you. Thanks for reading and reviewing. I appreciate it very much.

It appears that Alex is indeed learning to trust the Elves and their respect for him is growing - that's very good! And the agents stuck in a remote, non-english speaking Inuit village for six months?! LOL - That's genius! Those Elves don't do anything by halves.

Now to come up with a plan to smoke out the other three and neutralize Farrell... That might not take too much if they keep messing with his head by "disappearing" vans and such. But he's the type that would become even more dangerous as he becomes more unstable - they'll have to tread carefully. And I don't like the sounds of Maddy not responding - something VERY fishy is going on.

It made me very happy to read that there were still 30+ more chapters to go - loving this story!

Author Reply: Hi Lyana. Trust, of course, is a fragile thing and it will take time for both sides to trust each other completely. Dealing with Farrell and the other three agents will be a little harder now and other events will interfere with Alex trying to deal with them, as we will shortly see.

I'm glad you are loving this story and looking forward to more. Thanks for letting me know. Its very much appreciated.

Ouch! Poor Alex! Well at least they gave him some blankies to snuggle in! And came and picked him up.

Maddie is going to have some very bored, very stinky agents come spring thaw and someboidy finally goes to pick them up! Max seems to be the kind of friend to have, can you hide five people, no questions asked.

Ah, second Honeymoons, one of these days B.H. and I will have one of those!

I do wish something nasty would happen to Mr.Farrell and soon, he is getting frustrated and frustrated people do stupid things. Pulling a gun on Alex the way he did was an indication of this. Somebody is going to get hurt and it won't be Alex or Farrell, or one of the Elves but someone with no connection to the Academy.

Good to see the Maia are making themselves usefull, handy folk to have around!

Thinking good thoughts for Monday.

Huggs,
Lynda

Author Reply: Hi Lynda. Poor Alex, indeed, but he's had worse happen to him. Max, of course, is in with the Elves and would do anything for them.

Everyone wants somethng nasty to happen to Farrell. We'll have to see just what the Muse has in store for him. Even I don't know all the details yet. You're right that someone not even connected to the Academy could be hurt by Farrell's actions.

Thanks for your good thoughts and prayers and for the review. All are greatly appreciated.

Hmm. Not the most pleasant of ways to awaken, but at least he was safe and it appears to have looked convincing to Farrell.

Now, why isn't Maddy responding? And who is behind the whole move to expose the Elves?

Author Reply: And that was the whole point, making it look convincing to Farrell. As to why Maddy isn't responding, we will hopefully find out eventually. It may not be as sinister as it seems, but with spies, who can say?

Thanks for commenting, Larner. I appreciate it very much.

Just want you to know that I have absolutely NO self discipline when it comes to reading your stories. I have some sorting and cleaning that needs doing today. I told myself to complete those tasks before I settled in to read. Care to guess what has not been started?

Thanks for another good chapter. Farrell worries me. I think he is accepting Alex's explanation a bit too easily. I fear more agents are in place or Farrell just plans to bomb all the elves.

Thanks for posting. Continuing to pray for you.

Author Reply: Hi UTfrog. That's right. Blame me and my stories for you not getting your own work done. LOL! I'm in total sympathy with you. I do the same thing.

Glad you liked the chapter. Farrell worries everyone. As to Farrell's intent, that remains to be seen.

Thanks for commenting and for your continuing prayers. They are all appreciated.
