| Not nearly enough suffering for the three amigos, but a realistic truce has been set. I hope they have a great time watching football. Poor Alex! I so hope he can be helped. | Not a restful night for Alex since Artemus was so rudely woken from his nap last night. I was somewhat worried that there would be a repeat of what happened in chapter 19, when he woke up held down by 4 Elves, in the middle of a big mess. I'm certain that at least a couple of Maiar were keeping a very close eye on the situation - just in case. Heh. Apparently Findalaurė feels that all the Dwarves in Nogrod, Belegost _and_ Moria are inside his skull, hammering lustily away. And his pals weren't any better - but the evil brew Alex concocted seems to have helped. Hopefully Nielluin isn't too angry with Alex after uncle Finrod had a talk with her. I doubt she is entirely happy with him, but it would be much safer for everybody if she doesn't go out of her way to find offense with everything Alex says and does - and conversely doesn't go out of her way to offend him - which I am sure she would be perfectly capable of doing. :-P So the boys are off to watch football. hopefully they won't get into too much trouble doing that. ;-) Author Reply: Hi Sunny. No, not a restful night at all for Alex, but at least the Elves were able to bring him around and help him. I think spending the afternoon with the guys watching football is just what he needs, something very normal and mortalish, if you understand me. And I think Findalaurė and his gwedyr will enjoy it as well. As for Nielluin, I think she's smart enough to know when to back off and stay out of sight. *grin* Thanks for reviewing.
