Thunder & Lightning  by Lady Bluejay 69 Review(s)

They're cooking a badger they found dead? No question the whole group is downright stupid! No, I doubt she needed to add the fibercaps! Now, to get to help! And a group of bully-boys aren't going to make it to the Shire to add to problems there!

Author Reply: They probably thought the prolonged boiling would kill anything. I can't believe the Rohirimm will let them go once they catch them - which they surely will. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Hooray for brains and beauty! I love Lothierial's cleverness. I want to know how Eomer is going to handle the little twit who caused the problem in the first place.

Author Reply: Lothy is no fool. And Alwunn has probably cooked her goose! Thanks for reviewing.LBJ

Oh well done Lothiriel - now go, girl!

Author Reply: Yes. nice to see Lothy looking out for herself. Thanks for reviewing. LBJ

What an unexpected twist! You have me truly worried for poor Lothiriel. Surely her rival did not expect this?

Author Reply: No,she didn't, but we never know the consequences of stupid actions. Thanks for reviewing. LBJ

Ohhhhh dear! Once upon a time in a story called "Drummer", Amrothos's future wife, Devorin, faced three ruffian assailants on a mountain road with a large dog and a Rohrric warhorse for defenders. But her help was on the way, and arrived "just in the nick of time" as they say. THIS little cliffhanger seems just a wee bit less hopeful than that one turned out. Time to start obsessively checking my Inbox!

Author Reply: Brigands come in very useful for a bit of excitement - LoL. But you are right, Lothy is
on her own in this one. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Hmm. Alwunn appears to have found a means of getting rid of unwanted competition. Although I doubt sincerely that Eomer is going to give up once he realizes that Alwunn has left Lothiriel out in the woods unprotected. And I think that Alwunn will end up getting a rather nasty comeuppance in time.

Author Reply: I think Alwuun might have spoiled her chances as far as Eomer is concerned. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Meep! Now that really is a cliff-hanger.

I wonder if Alwunn has already convinced everyone that Lothiriel has set off for home, or something similar, hoping that she will therefore be out alone all night?

Author Reply: Would I leave her out all night alone? Lol. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ

Terrifying! I didn't see this coming when we met the jealous girl! I'm sure she led Lothiriel off to be mean, not to set her up (or at least I hope so), but boy it turned out badly! I hope you update this one quickly!

Author Reply: Alwuun didn't stop to think of the consequences of her actions, did she? Thanks a lot for taking the time to review. LBJ

Young Alwunn sounds to be quite the girl, one who sees Lothiriel as competition when in reality she herself is not even in the running! Hope the visit continues to be warm and instructive.

Author Reply: Well Alwunn could possibly be forgiven for thinking she was a likely candidate for queen. Warm and instructive - not quite. LoL. Thanks a lot for reviewing, glad you are enjoying. LBJ

A most enjoyable chapter.I felt as if I were in Rohan. It seems Lothiriel is the last one to realise that Eomer is interested. His reaction to Arwen in the book shows he likes dark haired beauties.

Author Reply: Thank you, glad you are enjoying. And Eomer was so against her at first - LoL. Still a way to go yet. LBJ
