| Ohhhhh dear! Once upon a time in a story called "Drummer", Amrothos's future wife, Devorin, faced three ruffian assailants on a mountain road with a large dog and a Rohrric warhorse for defenders. But her help was on the way, and arrived "just in the nick of time" as they say. THIS little cliffhanger seems just a wee bit less hopeful than that one turned out. | Hmm. Alwunn appears to have found a means of getting rid of unwanted competition. Although I doubt sincerely that Eomer is going to give up once he realizes that Alwunn has left Lothiriel out in the woods unprotected. | A most enjoyable chapter.I felt as if I were in Rohan.It seems Lothiriel is the last one to realise that Eomer is interested.His reaction to Arwen in the book shows he likes dark haired beauties.
