| Yea! Another story in the "Quarantined" universe! And Scamp's going to be a mother! :) How lovely! "...And yet, they have made an intriguing offer – if granted permission to mine those hills, should the race of Men ever once again come into our own they vow to help rebuild the ancient city of Annúminas, which lies now in ruins. It is much to hope for, but perhaps such a promise might be of benefit... someday." Ah, I like how you worked this in. I always did think that Gimli spoke of his folk helping in the rebuilding as if it were a matter that had been pre-arranged or something, so this makes perfect sense. Halbarad is so wonderful--I can't bear to think of his death in TTT. Can't wait for the next chapter! | Yah! More "Quarantined". I, also, may have to do some re-reading. I will definitely follow this new one. Oh, and if you ever run out of ideas (which I know is not likely,) At the end of the story when you let Aragorn learn that Gandalf wiped his memory to make it easier for him to let Frodo go, Gandalf tells him that he has the power to restore those memories. I would like to see the details of that process, as each one oththe Hobbits gets back what was covered. I think that could be interesting. Good Luck with this new one. | Whoopee!! More "Quarantined"-verse! This is going to be so fun--puppies and hobbits and intrigue and h/c... I know why Halbarad was picked to go along. *grin* And a possible explosion--ooh, I'm so curious! And I can't wait to see Scamp's little half-Took puppies!! Fluffy puppies!! I have to admit to being just a wee bit taken aback at your title when it popped up on my alert--it's the same title as my first two fics, so it confused me at first! Author Reply: Fluffy puppies! I knew I could sneak more puppies into this series somehow. I can't wait to see the wee Scamplings! I remember your story, and am sorry about the duplicate title. But it's the best title for this story, in more ways than are evident from chapter 1. (I felt the same way you did when I saw Baggins Babe's "Reunion in Minas Tirith" appear -- a story I adore. It's so odd to see duplicate titles come around!) | |

| A return to this wonderful universe of yours, where little Frodo is a friend of Aragorn, Scamp reigns supreme, and young Halbarad is learning to become a warrior. Bilbo's warm presence is such a comfort. I'm intrigued by the rather political mission, but I think I care more about Scamp's puppies! I'm eager to see this continue. | Ahh! I found a moment to read a little bit of fan fiction in the library, and as I still have 5 minutes, I shall leave a review! The 'Quarentined' series continues! I absolutely love that; it's so great. It started what, three years ago? It is definitely the best; I imagine Aragorn and Frodo (and all the rest) would have gotten along so well. 'twould have made the meeting in Bree less stressful, too :P I do believe you wrote an AU meeting in Bree a couple years back... must reread. Ah, I loved this! Good ol' diplomatic relations... and puppies! I love puppies. I have two puppies :) Oh my!! What a coincidence; my next ficlet is about Aragorn's magic in his healing and touch! I wrote it about five days ago, I think. I'll post it up today. Anyways, 2 minutes... I do believe that this is where Frodo will discover Estel's lineage, hmm? I can imagine something happening like that, certainly. I do wonder how the diplomatic relations with the Dwarves will go... I've always liked Dwarves. It should be much fun ^^ And Halbarad! I LOVE Halbarad! He should get a puppy ^^ Or Estel should. Bring it to Rivendell and give it to Arwen... AWW! So cute! Anyways, 'tis 3pm. Must be off now.
